Foreign employees that work or will work with teammates from different cultures that, would benefit from learning tips and information about cultural diversity in the work environment.

About the Service

The Cultural Awareness Workshop is a short course that deals with the possible problems that may happen between people due to culture differences in the same work environment. The purpose of the workshop is to bring information about  people characteristics from each country,  teaching them to work in harmony with colleagues of other nationalities.

 

Content

 

Participating in the Cultural Awareness Workshop will be a valuable opportunity for employees to share knowledge and multicultural experiences, strengthening  teamwork and avoiding  unnecessary stress by not understanding  social and cultural aspects of their co-workers.
 

The course can be held during a crossing or on a weekend on land. Different topics are addressed in group discussions and exercises, presenting the history and habits of different people at work, as well as cases of conflicts that may occur  due to cultural interference.
